Integrative Massage

This massage integrates tools or other modalities with the Signature Massage (Swedish) and intuitive sense for what the body may call for to achieve a more therapeutic work focus.  Other modalities may include the use of essential oils, cupping, Gua Sha, or Toksen (Thai Hammering) to name a few.  If seeking a classic deep tissue with heavy pressure, there is currently no service offering for that at this time.

Healing Hot Stone

Indulge and melt away muscle tension with a relaxing Signature Massage and the warmth of heated stones gliding gently over your body while inducing a sense of therapeutic grounding with nature.  This is perfect for chronically, overworked muscles; excessively tight and strained back, neck, shoulder, and/or leg muscles; or for those who are seeking a calmer mind with deeper relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Tailored to meet the needs of the expectant mother, this gentle and nurturing massage is custom designed to relax and relieve common discomforts associated with pregnancy.  (Massage is recommended once past the first trimester.)

Spa Feet Retreat

Rejuvenate tired legs and feet with a spa reflexology treatment. Includes a relaxing massage for the calves, a foot scrub or hot stone enhancement, and warmed towels.
