Spa Ettiquette & Policies

At Cascada Meridian Spa, my clients are my top priority. Whatever treatment you select you will receive friendly, personalized service from a professional therapist.  My goal is to provide you with outstanding service in a relaxed, stress-free environment. If there is anything I can do to make your experience more enjoyable, please let me know.

Please take a moment to review the spa policies.  The following are strictly enforced to maintain the tranquility and stress-reducing environment.  I appreciate your understanding and hope you will appreciate the serene ambience that has been created for you.

Payment & Pricing

Cash, Check, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted and are due at the time of service. Pricing is subject to change without notice.  Specials and discounts may be available upon request, but cannot be combined.

Gratuities

The greatest gift is your personal recommendation of the spa to friends and family.  Gratuities are appreciated, but left to your discretion.  They are not included in the price of the services.

Gift Certificates

For your convenience, gift certificates may be requested via online, the phone or by email with the option of having an electronic copy sent or the original shipped to your special someone for a small $2 fee.  Please do not show up at the spa without an appointment to pick up a gift certificate.  Services may be in process. Certificates are not redeemable for cash or available to purchase on discounted specials.  They may be used as spa credit towards another service if something else is preferred than what was presented, or you may choose to pass your entire gift certificate to another individual to use (the gift certificate cannot be split by multiple people. One user only). Please notify if you change the receiver of your gift certificate and have them bring the original copy to claim.

Reservations

It is recommended that you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to insure availability. It is not uncommon for the schedule to be booked out several months in advance, but the spa will do the best it can to get you scheduled in as soon as possible. Please have a credit card number available to reserve your appointment. It is requested that you arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.  As a new client, you will be asked to fill out a medical intake form prior to your first session online or you may request to arrive early and fill out a hard copy.

Cancellations

Please honor a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments during the week, 48 hour notice if for a weekend or scheduled holiday day.  While it is understandable that plans can change, the treatments and time slots you request are reserved exclusively for you.  No-shows (any person later than 15 minutes) or cancellations within the 24 hours of the scheduled treatment will be charged the full amount for all scheduled treatments. Payment may be a mailed check or called in with credit card information charged over the phone and must be received before the next session can be booked.

Late Arrivals

Life happens sometimes, therefore I will do my best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service upon a late arrival. If late by 15 minutes or more, it will be considered a "No Show" and may be requested to be rescheduled for another time.  The cancellation policy with the full charge will still apply.  As a courtesy to all of my clients, treatments can be delayed due to a late arrival and will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.

Special Needs & Medical Conditions

Prior to receiving your service, please inform me about any special or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities.  Your safety and enjoyment of your treatment(s) is my top priority.

Personal Belongings

Cascada Meridian Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cell Phones

To ensure a calm, stress-free environment for all individuals, I ask that you turn all electronic devices off prior to entering the spa and that you respect the rights of others who may be present as well to relax in a quiet environment. This is the place and time to relax and rejuvenate.

Children

Teens 17 years and younger will require parental consent before services may begin, and state law requires that a parent/guardian be present in the room during services for a minor.  Although younger children are a delight, I appreciate your understanding that I cannot accommodate them under the age of 12 in the spa.  Thank you.
